The Marquis on Cary Parkway welcomes cats and dogs! While living with us, you will enjoy 32 acres of beautifully landscaped terrain making our community the perfect place for taking long walks and getting plenty of exercise with your pet.

Our community features several pet stations conveniently located throughout the community, making it easy to clean up after your pet. We ask that while strolling about, you keep your furry friend on a leash. Unless of course you are going to visit our brand new dog park! That's right, we just added a new dog park located in the middle of our community!

We are also conveniently located within walking distance of Preston Animal Hospital and in close proximity to Fetch! Pet Care, a day care center that offers private dog walks, off-lease doggie play groups, in-home overnight sittings, cage-free private boarding, bathing and much much more. Also, the local SPCA of Raleigh hosts regular events for pets and offers several training and pet support lessons.
